Recipe For Delicious No Sugar No Cheese Eggless Peach Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
150 gm Peaches
100 gm Digestive Biscuits
1/2 cup Honey
3/4 cup cream
3/4 cup hung curd
2 Tbsp melted butter
3 Tbsp water
3/4 Tbsp gelatin
4-6 fresh peaches – for garnishing
Recipe:
1) Grind the biscuits . Mix melted butter in it.
2) Brush the base of the cake pan  evenly and smoothly with the biscuit mixture. Put in the freezer to set.
3) Make purie of peaches and honey in a mixer grinder. Add the hung curd and cream, blend well to make a smooth mixture. Pour it into a bowl.
4) Add 3 Tbsp of water in the gelatin. Then pour the gelatin slowly into the peaches mixture. Keep stirring continuously.
5) Now pour the peaches mixture onto the set biscuit base. Cover and put in the fridge to set overnight.
Garnish with sliced peaches and serve cold.

Recipe For Khoya Paneer Masala

Khoya Paneer Masala

Khoya paneer masala
Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
250gm Paneer
half cup khoya
2tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tbsp onion paste
1 onion chopped
Puree of 2 tomato
2 tbsp roasted makhana powder
1cup milk and half cup water
2 tbsp malai
Spices – as cumin seeds half tsp , half tsp turmeric powder , 1 tbsp coriander powder , 1tsp red chilli , 1 tsp garam masala powder
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Recipe:
  1. Take a pan and heat oil in it and put cumin seeds , chopped onion and saute it for 1 minute .
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and onion paste,  sauté it for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato puree and roast it properly.
  4. Now add all the dry spices ( sookhe pise hue masale) mentioned above and mix them well for 1 minute.
  5. Then add khoya , makhana powder and sauté it for 2 minutes.
  6. Add paneer and saute it . Now add milk and some water and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Switch off the flame add malai and garnish with chopped coriander leaves .
